Buffalo Trace Distillery announced today that Blanton’s Straight From The Barrel will be on sale in the USA this fall. This comes on the heels of Buffalo Trace’s announcement earlier this year that Blanton’s Gold Edition will be available annually starting the summer of 2020. SFTB will be a limited release bourbon similar to the Gold Edition and will be released once a year.

The SFTB is an uncut, unfiltered bourbon and is of the same recipe as the sought-after Blanton’s Original and Blanton’s Gold. The proof will vary from barrel to barrel but the consumer can expect it to be higher compared to its other family members.

Kris Comstock, Senior Marketing Director, has stated that “Fans in the U.S. have asked us to make Straight From The Barrel available here at home, so we’re happy we’re able to accommodate that starting this fall.”

The Blanton’s Straight From The Barrel has a suggested retail price of $150.00 but, consumers should expect to pay much higher prices at stores and on secondary markets. Currently, the only option of obtaining the coveted SFTB bottles are overseas, select retailers, and secondary markets at premium pricing.
