Tanqueray Launches Premium Crafted Canned Gin Cocktails

Tanqueray Canned Cocktails

Diageo’s (Ticker: DEO) Tanqueray Gin launches three premium canned cocktails hitting the market in September of 2020. These Ready To Drink (RTD) cocktails are inspired by Charles Tanqueray’s original recipes and use real Tanqueray Gin, natural flavors. They are finished with tonic water or Tanqueray’s signature sparkling soda water.

Tanqueray Cocktail Tasting Notes

Tanqueray Gin & Tonic: A perfectly blended cocktail made with the iconic Tanqueray London Dry Gin and an aromatic tonic. The result is a classic, balanced gin and tonic, smooth, crisp, and bubbly on the palate.

Tanqueray Sevilla Orange Gin & Soda: Inspired by the unique citrus flavor of Seville oranges and made with real Tanqueray Gin, this cocktail starts with a burst of orange essence paired with notes of peach, rose, and juniper. On the palette, the aromatic citrus and gin flavors give way to a smooth and slightly sweet finish.

Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Gin & Soda: Made with Tanqueray Rangpur Distilled Gin, which is distilled with Rangpur limes, this cocktail starts with a zesty lime-forward aroma featuring hints of botanicals such as juniper and ginger, all paired with the familiar taste of Tanqueray. The lime and botanical flavors carry through to the crisp and slightly dry finish, making this an extremely refreshing-tasting drink.

One can expect these intriguingly delicious canned cocktails to hit the market in September of 2020 with future expansions in 2021 to Arizona, California, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, and Washington. The SRP is $14.99/4-Pack with an ABV of 6.0%, the drinks will be featured in 12 FL OZ cans.
