United Airlines will now be serving kosher wines in business class on select flights starting Feb. 1. This wine will be coming from Wine Cellars and United Airlines will be offering the Herzog Lineage Cabernet Sauvignon and the Herzog Lineage Sauvignon Blanc. These will be served in both directions on flights between San Francisco and Tel Aviv, and between Newark and Tel Aviv.
Herzog’s Lineage portfolio celebrates the family’s commitment to producing excellent wines. Herzog has been producing wine for over nine generations with the Herzog Lineage portfolio being the newest additions. The Lineage line comprises six single-vineyard and single-varietal wines with the exception of rosé and a field blend of a dozen varietals. Four of the wines are produced in Herzog’s estate vineyard. That may sound like the recipe for a top-tier brand, but all the wines are priced at a serious value.
Herzog is continuously expanding the boundaries and creating new and exciting wines. From globally distributed brand to boutique programs of less than 100 cases, every bottle that wears the Herzog name is produced in the family’s Oxnard, CA winery.
This is a big move for United introducing Kosher wines and one that shows its commitment to inclusivity and diversity among all of its patrons.
If you would like to try these wines you can have them delivered to your home via Drizly depending on where you live.
